  • You must be at least 21 with a valid driver's license to rent. A deposit is required at the time of reservation and must be placed on a valid credit card. Drivers must be at least 16 with a valid license to operate the ATV. Passengers and minors must be listed on the rental agreement.

  • The deposit amount depends on the rental item. ATVs require a $300 deposit. UTV or Side by Side require a $500 deposit. Deposits must be placed on a valid credit card. The deposit is ran through as an Authorization, and usually takes 3 - 5 business days to post back on to your card after your rental is completed.

  • All cancellations within 7 days will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the rental date are non-refundable. Our cancellation policy applies no matter the weather, so be prepared on the day of your rental.

  • All rentals are delivered and picked up directly to you from morning to evening (12-hour rental duration). If you need an overnight rental, call to arrange a morning-to-morning or evening-to-evening schedule. 

  • Yes! We only offer delivery for all our equipment and rental packages. Delivery is free within a 30-mile* of Parker, Colorado. Beyond that, there is a $15 charge for every additional 10 miles.

  • Yes, since we deliver to you. All services need to be rented through our website or by contacting us via phone or email.

  • Yes, and we include ramps for free. Alternatively, you can rent an ATV trailer. The trailers require a 2-inch ball hitch and a 4-flat light hookup.

  • ATVs may not come with a full tank of fuel, and we do not require them to be full upon return.

  • All payments are processed through our website. The deposit requires a valid credit card.

  • Anywhere! You are responsible for abiding by the rules and regulations of Everland Outdoor Rental agreement and the city, county, state you are driving. All permits you must obtain before renting if going on private land and any trail beside the Colorado State, or Forest Service Trails. We have a page dedicated to trails that we recommend for all riders.

  • Anything broken, bent, or cracked, or excessive scratches. Each ATV goes through a ride check and safety inspection before being given to you. All ATVs are photographed and videoed before and after each rental. Customer is responsible for all damages that impact the rental.

  • Yes, we offer discounts for any rentals being rented out multi days and the trailer is included for free.

    With multiple rentals (2 or more units) you only pay one deposit and the trailer is included as well.
